"I would not recommend this State Farm office. Despite the office being associated with Will Anderson, I never once actually spoke with him. Communication throughout my time as a customer was slow, inconsistent, and lacked follow-through. When I filed a claim for my home, I received an email that essentially said "good luck" rather than offering assistance, guidance, or advocacy during what was already a stressful situation. That response alone made it clear that the "local agent" experience State Farm advertises was not something I was receiving. After canceling my policy, I had to repeatedly follow up regarding my refund. The responses I received were unhelpful and dismissive, including statements like, "I told you it would take 7–10 days" and "I can't tell you when exactly," rather than anyone actually looking into the status of the refund or providing meaningful customer service. State Farm promotes the idea of personal relationships and local support through its agents, but that was not my experience with this office. If you're looking for responsive communication, proactive assistance, and a true local-agent relationship, I would look elsewhere. I'm still waiting for my refund and hope it arrives soon."
